I opened Outlook in that new, fresh user profile and setup the Exchange mail account in Outlook without any issues at all. Outlook cannot connect to my Exchange server.Īs a test, I setup a new user account in macOS Sierra. I completely deleted Office 2016 including all Library files and reinstalled it.

For some reason, Outlook 2016 stopped connecting to my exchange server.
